Whenever I’m juicing, I try to mix in a juice that contains avocado or some other form of healthy fat at least 2-3 time a week. This is a personal favorite, and whenever I make juices for friends, this is at the top of their wish list. I like lots of lime, so this recipe calls for 4. Depending on your personal preference, you can adjust if necessary. Here’s what you’ll need:
Guacamole in a Bottle
4 large cucumbers
1 avocado
4 limes
2 bunches cilantro
1 good dash of cumin
1 tsp salt
Process cucumbers, cilantro through a juicer. Transfer to a blender and blend in the avocado, lime juice, cumin and salt. This is also a great juice to top off with a dash of cayenne pepper if you wish.
