Snow in dreams is a typically a very good thing. And when considering what the Bible has to say about it, there’s a particular verse that comes to mind:

“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:10-11 NKJV

Snow represents a lasting work or move of God that is meant to bring refreshing. It’s a picture of a season or a time of soaking in what God is pouring out (or about to pour out) on us. Being as gleaming white as it is, it also is a picture of the purity and righteousness of God.

If you’ve ever been around snow, you know everything else seems to grow quiet in the presence of snow, and it almost seems to fade as it becomes shrouded by the snow. Think of that in the spiritual sense.
