Call it a juice, a smoothie, or a slushy, this is one of the easiest and most refreshing drinks I enjoy during the summer months!
The unexpected combination of cantaloupe, raspberry, and a splash of lime juice makes for a light, delicious, and healthy treat. I like to use frozen raspberries to give this juice that frozen slushy consistency, especially on those super hot days. You can leave the lime juice out if you prefer – it’s not absolutely needed. I just like that extra twist. Give it a try!
Cantaloupe & Raspberry Juice
1/2 of a cantaloupe
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/4 cup lime juice (optional)
If you prefer a juice, use about 3 cups fresh raspberries and process the ingredients through your juicer. (Be sure to peel the lime first!) When I made this today, I opted for a slushy, so I simply through what I had on hand in the blender and it came out wonderful!
