This is such an energizing juice and I never get tired of it. I drink this one often because I try not to overdo it with super-sweet juices. And with Grapefruit being only semi-sweet, it’s perfect. If you don’t care for the taste of ginger too much, feel free to just leave it out or cut back a little bit on how much you use. Ginger’s really great for inflammation, which is a leading cause for many diseases, so even though I’m not a huge fan, I do try and include it in as many recipes as I can because of it’s health benefits. Here’s what you’ll need:
Grapefruit Carrot Ginger Juice
2 Grapefruits
1 2lb Bag Carrots
1 Thumb Ginger
1 Large Lemon
Juice the grapefruits and lemons with a citrus juicer. Process the carrots and ginger through a regular juicer and combine with grapefruit/lemon juice. Enjoy!
